Capabilities

ACME Industrial Group's Grinding and Polishing Department is capable of providing complete cylindrical grinding and polishing services to meet finishing specifications. Precision grinding to rigid tolerances is available for either I.D. or O.D. surfaces.

Our O.D. Grinder has the capacity of 14-inch swing and 70-inch in total overall length. ACME also has polishing capabilities up to a length of 360-inch with a 36-inch swing. Our grinding and polishing personnel are experienced in producing a wide range of RMS finishes to meet various customer requirements.
