Hard Chrome Plating

ACME's Hard Chrome Plating Department specializes in engineering requirements of OEM applications, as well as restoration of worn and damaged steel parts.

Grinding / Polishing

ACME's Grinding and Polishing Department provides complete cylindrical grinding and polishing services to meet most finishing specifications.

Electropolishing

ACME's Electropolishing Department uses an electro-chemical process to clean, brighten, deburr, polish, and further increase the corrosion resistance of stainless steel parts. Electropolishing Services per ASTM B912-02.

Passivation

ACME's Passivation Department uses a chemical process to further increase the corrosion resistance of stainless steel parts. Passivation Services per ASTM A967-05 & QQ-P-35C.
